Cancellation Policy

At La Lingerie, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


How to Request a Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp or phone.

  • Cancellation requests are processed only during working hours.

  • Successful cancellation depends on the order status at the time the request is received.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


COD Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be treated as failed deliveries and handled as per our COD Policy.


Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be accepted.

  • Orders placed during sale or promotional periods may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • La Lingerie reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
