At La Lingerie, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option on select orders and locations for customer convenience.

COD Availability

  • COD is available on select pin codes and products, subject to courier serviceability.

  • COD eligibility may vary based on order value, delivery location, or order history.

  • La Lingerie reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders at its discretion.

COD Order Confirmation

  • To ensure successful delivery, COD orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

  • If a COD order is not confirmed within the specified time, it may be delayed or cancelled.

Prepaid Orders

While COD is available, we encourage customers to choose prepaid payment options for faster processing and smoother delivery.

Prepaid orders:

  • Are processed and shipped faster

  • Do not require confirmation

  • Reduce the chances of delivery failure

Failed or Refused COD Deliveries

  • COD orders refused at the time of delivery or marked undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details will be treated as failed deliveries.

  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

Cancellation of COD Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers must ensure correct and reachable contact details at checkout.

  • COD is offered as a convenience and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
