Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At La Lingerie, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


No Return / No Exchange Categories

Due to the intimate nature of certain products, no returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances for the following categories:

  • Bras

  • Panties

  • Shapewear

  • Swimwear

  • Bedroom / Sexy Nightwear

This policy is strictly enforced for hygiene reasons.


Exchange Policy (Eligible Categories Only)

We offer exchange only for size-related issues on the following categories:

  • Night Suits

  • Nighties

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of receipt

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Requests beyond the stated timeline will not be accepted.


Return Policy (Size-Related Returns Only)

Returns are accepted only if an incorrect size was ordered by the customer, and only for categories eligible for exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of receipt

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • Approved returns will be processed only as store credit

  • Store credit is non-refundable and can be used on future purchases

No cash refunds are provided.


Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from what was ordered:

  • An opening video is mandatory to raise a claim

  • Claims without an opening video will not be accepted

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified by our quality team, we will assist with the next steps.


Quality Check

All returned or exchanged products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
If the product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to the customer, and no credit or exchange will be issued.


Sale Items

Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
