  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas.

  • Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

We ship using trusted and reputed national courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

All orders are packed discreetly to maintain complete customer privacy.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges due to re-attempts, address corrections, or delivery failures may be borne by the customer.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select orders and pin codes.

  • COD orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be delayed or cancelled.

We encourage prepaid orders, as they are processed faster and result in smoother delivery.


Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

La Lingerie is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Failed or Undelivered Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, it may be treated as a failed delivery.

  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

  • Any refunds or store credits (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned shipment is received and verified.
