Only in case of a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delevery with images. After verification a replacement will be arranged ( subject to availability).

- No returns or exchanges on intimate wear including bras, panties, shapewear, swimwear, and sexy/bedroom nightwear
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues on Nighties and Night Suits
- Exchange / return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact
- Size-related returns are processed only as store credit
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
